Jayne and Paul first approached Block Architects following the arrival of our then Director Gordon who assisted them with the initial designs, Planning Approvals and Building Warrant Approvals. The house was designed by Gordon whilst employed by another Architectural Practice and Jayne and Paul were co committed to Gordon that they sought his further involvement through Block Architects.

The Brief

Assist in the build supervision of the house working with the Client and the Contractor to deliver a high-end quality product. Attend site at least once per month and be on hand remotely to assist with the day-to-day contractors’ queries and site requirements.
